Liked it. Had a very very good stay during our trip. The location was peaceful in the Harbour area.

We would stay here again, if come to Oamaru. Overall, it's super base for exploring Oamaru attractions. All of the hotel's staff are amicable.

Staff were superbly friendly and pretty friendly, rooms were spotless and equipped with extra space and dining table, as for instance. The setting was handy, near to fields, the supermarket and the Victorian precinct of Oamaru, and Oamaru.

The position of the hotel was handy, next to the State highway 1.

Shame the bathroom was a little small.

It was nice time in Oamaru. Location was absolutely perfect and lovely, and the place was cozy base for one night. The staff were superfriendly and really friendly, they made me feel welcome.

The staff were accommodating and very nice too. It had perfectly clean room with an exceptionally comfortable bed for great nights sleep.

The units were older style but meticulously clean and well-maintained. They even had heaters and electric blankets on all the beds, making it super warm and cozy. The location initially didn't look promising, but once inside, we found everything we needed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Surprisingly, despite being close to the main road, we hardly heard any traffic noise and had a peaceful night's sleep. The friendly staff and lovely office girls certainly added to our positive experience. we were highly impressed with Alma Motel.

nothing to complain about, the venue exceeded all expectations, would recomand it. i stayed for 1 night here and had a really comfortable time. the small queen studio was well-equipped and huge with exceptionally comfortable bed.

We stayed at a lovely wee cottage at Alma Motel. It had a simple and old-style charm, but was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, being on the main road but not too noisy. It accommodated our sports team of young boys perfectly with lots of room and single beds. The separate kitchen, bathroom, and toilet provided ample space for us to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen and affordable price were definite highlights. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The staff seemed extremely friendly. The location next to the State highway 1 was perfect. Besides, we were just next door to the Whitestone City, Oamaru and the supermarket.

The location was peaceful and handy and the free parking was on site...

The room at Alma Motel was spacious and clean, with a separate kitchenette and a table where we could enjoy our meals. It felt like a home away from home, and it was even cheaper than staying at a caravan park. It was definitely a great choice for low-budget travelers like us!

I personally didn't like the fact that the seating area in some units was not very comfortable. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in it.
